Email me my signature file and setup steps
Optional. The file downloads now, and we email it with step-by-step setup for your email app.
How to add your signature in Gmail and Outlook
Copy the signature, then paste it into your email app's signature settings. Paste with a normal paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V), not "paste as plain text", so the layout and links stay. Send yourself a test email before you use it with customers.
- 01
Gmail (web)
- Click Copy signature above.
- In Gmail, open Settings (the gear), then See all settings.
- On the General tab, scroll to Signature and click Create new.
- Paste into the signature box, then scroll down and click Save changes.
- 02
Outlook on the web and new Outlook
- Click Copy signature above.
- Open Settings, then Account (or Mail), then Signatures.
- Add a new signature, give it a name and paste into the box.
- Choose it as the default for new messages and replies, then Save.
- 03
Outlook desktop (classic, Windows)
- Click Copy signature above (or Download .htm and open the file in your browser, then copy).
- In Outlook, go to File, Options, Mail, then Signatures.
- Click New, name it, and paste into the edit box.
- Pick it for new messages and replies, then click OK.
- 04
Apple Mail (Mac)
- Download .htm and open the file in Safari, then select all and copy.
- In Mail, open Settings, then Signatures, and add a new one with +.
- Untick "Always match my default message font", then paste.
- Close the window; choose the signature for your account.
Tip: keep the logo under 400 pixels wide and host it on your own website with an https:// address. Images by address show reliably; images embedded inside the signature are blocked by most email apps.
