System Integration

Stop copy-pasting between the tools you already run.

We connect your store, ERP, CRM, accounting, payments, WhatsApp and couriers so data flows once and stays in sync. UAE-based, since 2017 — real-time where it matters, batch where it’s cheaper.

Capabilities

What we build.

Every engagement is scoped to your specific stack and roadmap — no cookie-cutter templates, no generic listicles.

  1. Store ↔ ERP/CRM sync

    01

Orders, inventory, customers, and pricing kept in sync between your e-commerce, POS, ERP, and CRM — one source of truth instead of four that quietly disagree by Friday.

  2. Payments + banking

    02

Tap, Telr, PayTabs, Stripe, Geidea, and bank feeds wired into your books — with settlement reconciliation so finance stops matching statements by hand.

  3. Accounting integration

    03

Push invoices, bills, and payments into Zoho Books, Xero, Tally, QuickBooks, Odoo, or SAP B1 automatically — VAT-correct, audit-traceable, no double entry.

  4. WhatsApp, SMS + email

    04

Order updates, reminders, OTPs, and campaigns through the WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateways, and transactional email — triggered by real events in your systems.

  5. Courier + logistics

    05

Aramex, Careem, Talabat, iMile, Quiqup and in-house fleets — automated label creation, tracking, COD reconciliation, and status back into your order flow.

  6. Webhooks + event pipelines

    06

Event-driven bridges with retries, idempotency, and a replayable log — so a dropped call doesn’t silently lose an order. Integration you can actually trust with money.

  7. Data migration

    07

Move customers, catalogues, and history between systems with dry-run previews, deduplication, and operator confirmation — the same one-shot migration pattern EXO NODES ships.

  8. iPaaS + middleware

    08

Zapier, Make, n8n, Zoho Flow — or a custom NestJS middleware when the off-the-shelf tools can’t keep up. We pick the cheapest thing that stays reliable at your volume.

Our process

Start to finish, step by step.

7 steps from the first conversation to life after launch. Durations are typical; your plan sets the real ones.

How we run every project
  1. Step 1: Map

We chart every system, the data that moves between them and where it breaks today.

    • You get: Written integration map
    • Typical duration: About 1 week
  2. Step 2: Propose

Connections, direction and cadence proposed with an estimate, on an iPaaS or custom middleware, whichever suits your systems and volumes.

    • You get: Written proposal
    • Typical duration: Under 1 week
  3. Step 3: Design

Field mappings, sync direction, conflict rules and error handling agreed before build, because a bad integration corrupts data quietly.

    • You get: Mapping specification
    • Typical duration: 1–2 weeks
  4. Step 4: Build

Built with retries, idempotency and a replay log, against sandbox accounts wherever the vendors provide them.

    • You get: Working integration on staging
    • Typical duration: 2–8 weeks
  5. Step 5: Test edge cases

Tested against real edge cases (duplicates, timeouts, partial failures) on staging before anything touches live data.

    • You get: Test results
    • Typical duration: 1–2 weeks
  6. Step 6: Go live

Switched on in stages, with historical records backfilled and reconciled.

    • You get: Live, reconciled sync
    • Typical duration: Days
  7. Step 7: Monitor

Alerting, a run history and reconciliation reports after go-live, so you find out from us when a feed hiccups, not from an angry customer.

    • You get: Run history and alerts
    • Typical duration: Ongoing

Common questions

Map my integrations

01Which systems can you integrate?
Anything with an API or webhook — Zoho, Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP B1, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, WhatsApp Business, courier aggregators, and UAE payment gateways. If a system has no API we build a dry-run CSV bridge on a schedule.
02Real-time or scheduled sync?
Both, chosen per data flow. Orders and payments are usually real-time via webhooks; large catalogue or reporting syncs run on a schedule to stay cheap and rate-limit-safe. We use the right one for each connection, not one blanket approach.
03What happens when an integration fails at 2am?
It’s built to survive that. Every connection has retries with backoff, idempotency so nothing double-posts, and a replayable event log — plus alerting so you know within minutes and can replay the exact failed message, not guess what was lost.
04Can you connect our WhatsApp for order updates?
Yes — via the official WhatsApp Business API (not a grey-market gateway that gets your number banned). Order confirmations, dispatch and delivery updates, OTPs, and opt-in campaigns, triggered by real events in your store or ERP.
05Is my data secure across these connections?
Credentials are encrypted at rest, secrets never live in code, connections use least-privilege scopes, and personal data flows follow PDPL. We log access, not payloads full of PII, and can deploy middleware in UAE data-residency regions when a regulator requires it.
06Do you use Zapier/Make or build custom?
Whichever is cheaper and reliable at your volume. For low-volume, standard flows we’ll set up Zapier, Make, n8n, or Zoho Flow and hand it over. For high volume, complex mapping, or money-moving flows we build custom middleware you own outright.
07What is a typical timeline?
A single integration: 1–3 weeks. A multi-system hub with monitoring: 4–8 weeks, delivered connection-by-connection so value lands early instead of all at the end.
